Enterprise Social Networking

OneDesk lets you get social with your co-workers, whether they are inside or outside your organization.

  • Automatically have access to a list of contacts from all the projects you are a member
of and from organizations you are working with.
  • Create a public profile and add your contact information so that other users can contact
you.  OneDesk’s privacy settings let you control your personal data by choosing which
information you share with your organization, with your project teams, and with the
public. For example, you can choose to only share your phone number with users from
your organization, but make your company’s postal address viewable to the public.

Public view of a personal profile
  • Browse your contacts’ public profiles and view data that they are sharing with you (blog,
    calendar).
  • Initiate contact with other users (if they permit).
  • Search and navigate through the directory of public data to make new contacts or invite collaborators to join a project.
  • Create a personal blog, choose with whom to share your articles with.
  • Create discussion boards related to specific business objects, or initiate a more free-form conversation on a topic.
