Feedback on OneDesk

OneDesk provides you with tools that allows you to gain valuable feedback about your products or services.

Feedback can either come from your customers, your teammates, or from yourself.

Featureset makes it easy for you to work on and share the feedback you receive with the appropriate teams.

When a customer submits feedback to your organization through the customer user interface, it goes into the All Feedback page. Once you receive the feedback, you can then assign/classify the feedback to a project so that it can be shared/worked upon. Feedback can be placed into any project owned by your organization.

 

OneDesk also allows you to:

- Create requirements based on feedback

- Set customer priority for a feedback

- Associate a feedback with a customer

- Publish a feedback so that your customers can vote on it and/or discuss it

- Start a public discussion about a feedback

- Ask a question/start a discussion with your customer about their feedback

- Link a feedback to requirements
