How to add project tasks to your personal calendar

Project tasks are tasks which have been assigned to you in a project project. They may have assigned to you by yourself, or to you by someone else.

Likewise, you may also assign tasks to another teammate.

When you are assigned a project task through a project, the task also automatically appears in your to-do list (1).

It will also be visible in your personal calendar and indicated by a red bar (2).

All personal tasks you create in your calendar are represented by a blue bar (3).

Once an assignment is complete, it will be crossed out on your calendar.
