OneDesk is designed in a way that allows you to easily stay organized and to quickly find what you are looking for.
You can easily navigate though OneDesk's features using either the Personal Menu or the Organization Menu and instantly find the information you need.
The Personal Menu can be accessed by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top-right of the interface.
Using this menu, you can easily update and view any of your personal information such as your public profile, your blog, your calendar, your timesheets and your OneDesk preferences. You can also view and browse your contacts.
The Organization Menu can be accessed by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to your organization's name at the top-right of the interface.
Using this menu, you can view and update information about your organization, such as your customers and customer company accounts, customer feedback, how much bandwidth and storage you are using. and administration options.
You can also upgrade to a Pro account.
