This is crucial for those who want to stand out from their competitors.

However, many argue that the virtual collaboration strategy is not sufficient enough. Collaborating requires that the team understand the organization, and each other. Many see the online collaboration strategy as a disadvantage because of the lack of meeting and seeing the person face to face. Sometimes it is harder to convey a meaning of a topic with typed words, and is easier in person.
