Filter Options in OneDesk

OneDesk biedt u de mogelijkheid om aangepaste weergaven te maken die de informatie die u in uw OneDesk-toepassingsvenster ziet, kunnen filteren, zodat u alleen kunt zien wat u nodig hebt wanneer u het nodig hebt. Met de OneDesk-tool voor het maken van weergaven kunt u deze aangepaste weergaven maken en opslaan met de opgegeven filteropties, zodat u ze later kunt gebruiken.

Filteropties voor artikelen

Wanneer u voor het eerst een aangepaste weergave maakt, kunt u ervoor kiezen om te filteren op een eigenschap. OneDesk biedt veel opties waaruit u kunt kiezen. Zie onderstaande tabel om de mogelijke filteropties voor artikelen te bekijken. Merk op dat sommige van deze eigenschappen aanpasbare selecties hebben.
