We are often asked, “What makes OneDesk’s task management application unique?” Since we launched in OneDesk two years ago, our task management application has evolved. It started out as an application that businesses can use to organize and manage their tasks. As time went on, we begin to receive requests from many of our customers, who wished that we offered the same type of system track and manage issues.
Hence, OneDesk’s task management application now allows you to track and manage issues and tasks in one place. The various tabs in the application allow you to easily view items by category.
