Webforms

Let customers or end-users submit tickets or requests via forms.

Customizable ticket and request forms

Forms, also called webforms, allow your customers or end-users to submit tickets, tasks, or requests. Forms can be configured with custom fields to capture information specific to your company. You can make fields required, ensuring customers fill in the required information.

Create multiple forms

In OneDesk, you can have multiple types of ticket or request types. Types are great if you have multiple services with different workflows or concerns. You can create forms for each of your ticket or request types. This feature allows you to easily capture and organize your requests and tickets.

Organize your requests

Organize  incoming customer requests from webforms by auto-routing them based on the requestor’s selection.

Every webform can look different and:

  • Can collect unique information, with required fields
  • Can collect attachments
  • Can organize into a unique project
  • Can be embedded into a different location
  • Will have its own URL
