The trick to resolving your issues quickly is to first be able organize your issue list so that you can have an easier time tracking them. When there are a lot of issues on your list, an excel sheet just won’t cut it anymore. OneDesk provides you with an easy way to keep track of your issue list, as well as manage them across the issue lifecycle process.
Viewing your organization’s issue list in OneDesk
- After creating issues in OneDesk’s projects, go to the all projects view and click on the issues/tasks button.
- Select issues. Here, you will see a list of all the issues that has been created in all of the projects you are part of.

- To see all the issue assigned to you (across all projects), simply click on assigned to me.
