This is a short video that explains how the project-level selector works.

The project level selector is found in the top left area of your screen. By selecting this I can choose to focus in on any of the different levels of my project structure. For example, I can choose “all projects” and now you can see and look at all the tickets in all my projects.

If I choose to focus on a specific portfolio the view is reduced to just those projects inside that portfolio. If I select a specific project then my view is reduced to just that project.

This paradigm occurs across all the different applications be it tickets, tasks, customers, users, time sheets and so on. You’ll always know what level you’re at because it is written in the bread crumbs at the top as well. If your panel is collapsed you can still see what project level you’re looking at.
