This short video describes what the OneDesk web app is and what you can do with it.

The OneDesk web application is one of three applications that allow you to access your OneDesk account. It’s pretty straightforward. You access it through your browser. Go to www.onedesk.com and click log in, and there you’ll log into the web application.

The web application, combines your ticketing application and your project management application. Here, you have time-sheets, customers, users, your projects, and your activity and discussion applications.

Here’s where you find all your administration options.

For each of the different applications, you can add new things by clicking “add” and clicking one of the items you’d like to create. There’s a “tools” menu that’s available and these tools vary from application to application. So you may have different tools depending what application you’re in.
