Creating Links to Items in Conversations

In OneDesk, during a conversation, you may wish to refer to another ticket, or task, or other item inside OneDesk. It’s easy to do this in your conversation.

You just enter the pound or hash symbool. A menu will be presented where you can start typing, which will reduce the options in your menu. When you’ve selected the one you want, you click enter, and then you tag is created inside that conversation.

When I create conversation, the tag is displayed and if someone hovers over it. They can see the item that I’m linking to and they can click on it to navigate.

So that’s a quick way to refer to other items during conversations in OneDesk.
