Creating new items in OneDesk is very easy.
To create a new item, just click the arrow next to the ‘Add’ button and select what you’d like to create. For example, let’s create a ticket. When you create a ticket, a pop up will show up and you just need to complete the form. In this case, we’ll just create a new ticket.
Now, you can fill out the rest of the form or you can just click ‘Create’. The name is the only property that is required. When you click ‘Create’, a new ticket has been added to my account.
If you’re administrator of your account, you can also configure this form. To do that you click this ‘Configure This Form’ link, and you can determine what properties appear on the form and whether they’re mandatory or not.
