Under your organization preferences, OneDesk allows you to customize different settings. For example, OneDesk allows you to upload your company logo so that your customer portal and emails can be modified to that specific logo that you’ve uploaded. For example under your customer portal, this section will be customized to the logo that you’ve now uploaded here.
Be sure to follow the required sizes or else your logo will be stretched out.
These settings allow you to define your business hours via the working time section. OneDesk also allows you to modify your date format as well as your timezone. Right here would be the date format and right here would be the timezone.
However, timezones on OneDesk use Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) so be sure to verify yours before modifying.
