OneDesk’s ticket and task applications include a helpful and visual chart widget at the top. This widget allows you to easily monitor who is working, on what, running timers, progress updates, and more.
You can also use the widget to access helpful views. For example, you can see unfinished high-priority items by clicking on the 5-stars in the unfinished items graph. This will automatically filter the view below to show you all of the tickets or tasks that are unfinished and have high-priority, letting you quickly direct your attention where it needs to go.
If you don’t need it, you can also hide the chart widget. Simply click on ‘Tools’ then uncheck ‘Show Chart Widget’.
