You can edit your company preferences to make your OneDesk more personalized and to configure it to work the way you do. To view and change these settings, click on the More Applications icon, then select Administration. Here, click on Company Preferences near the top.

You can change your company name and logo here. This logo will appear in your customer applications.

You can set a work schedule for the week and work hours per day, as well as localization and language settings.

Under Default Settings, you can decide what conversation type is opened when you begin a new conversation on items and projects. For example, when you or your users start a conversation in a ticket, you are able to set if it is by default customer-facing or internal.

You can decide on a default for a task’s planned effort in terms of days or hours, adjust the bot options, and decide on other settings in OneDesk.
