With OneDesk’s email management features, you are able to take control of incoming and outgoing emails.

  • You can automatically create tickets or tasks from incoming emails
  • Automatically and manually send email replies to customers and teammates
  • Track which emails arrived and if they resulted in a new ticket, message or more.
  • Monitor the emails OneDesk sent, and if they were received correctly

You are also able to create and customize automated email templates with dynamic properties to personalise each message. Customize the email appearance settings, add an email header and signature, set colors and more.
