You can integrate OneDesk’s helpdesk and project management software with many popular web applications, allowing you to centralize and optimize your work. You can use our direct integrations, connect to hundreds of apps through Zapier, make use of SSO capabilities, use our public API, or link calendars with iCal.
OneDesk includes a bunch of out-of-the-box integrations. You could also use our Zapier plugin to integrate OneDesk with hundreds more. Browse through the list of available integrations here or click on the ‘see more’ button at the bottom right.
You can enable Single Sign-On for your users and your customers through SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect, or other identity providers.
You are also able to link your calendars by using iCal, allowing you to keep track of your to-do list.
