OneDesk – Getting Started: Sharing with Users & Teams

OneDesk lets you share projects with your users and teams. In OneDesk the ‘Project’ is the level that sharing occurs at, so to provide your teammates with access to a ticket, task, or other item, ensure that the project it is in is shared with them.

To share a project, navigate to the Projects app. From there, click on the action menu next to the project you wish to share and click Share Project. Select the Users or Teams you wish to share this project with. You can also find the share button in the project-scope drop-down menu. Hover over the project you wish to share and click the share icon on the side. Then simply select who you want to share the project with.
