OneDesk lets users track work with timesheets and timers. Timers calculate the time you spend on a given task or ticket and enable managers to see who is working on what, in real-time. Submitting a timesheet is as easy as filling out the information in the form. If you are using a timer, much of this information will be automatically collected for you. The information collected on these forms can be customized.
To customize the timesheet creation form, navigate to the Administration application and click on Timesheets. In Custom Fields, you can create custom fields that you can add to the timesheet creation form. Simply click Create Custom Field and add it to the timesheet creation form. You can make certain fields required as well by checking the checkboxes next to them.
