On OneDesk you can view your customers’ or users’ Summary Cards by simply hovering over their profile picture. Once you hover over it you can access their full profile or you can easily start a new conversation with them. So, say that I wanted to see Abby Khan’s full profile I would simply just have to click here from her Summary Card and it would pull up this tab for me. Additionally, if I just wanted to start a conversation with Abby, all I have to do was hover over her profile and then click Start Conversation and it would take me to the conversation tab and make sure that Abby was the person that I wanted to speak with and then you type out your message and you click Create New Conversation.
