To configure OneDesk to work better in your region, you may want to set the time zone, date, format, and currency symbol. Here’s where you can do that.

Under administration, select Company Prefs. On the company preferences page, you can set a variety of things. For localization, you can set the date format. Just choose from a set of date formats here what best meets your needs. You can also set the time zone. It’s in UTC, so you’ll need to check what that is and you can define your currency symbol. Now, when, OneDesk sends emails on your behalf, it’ll be in the correct date format and it’ll have the correct time based on your time zone. The currency symbol will be used across the application whenever we deal with money. Thanks.
