OneDesk offers many integrations for hundreds of online applications via our partnership with Zapier.
With Zapier, you can create zaps which connect to different applications, zaps follow a simple formula where if something happens in application A, then the following action will happen in application B, so that the data can be sync between the two applications.
To connect OneDesk to another application via Zapier, go into your administration settings right here and go under the title integrations. Once you’ve navigated to integrations through this process, you can now connect to applications for CRM help desk, project management, invoicing, source control, or social media, etc.
